Stretching Design Flaw?
When i stretch designs, sometime there is a spot before the vertical scrolbar that doesnt go all the way.
I have all the margins at 0 and the table is stretch to 100%
but for some reason there is like, half an inch it will not
stretch to. When i hit refresh it fixes, but just goes back when i reload the page the next time.
Whats up? Is it IE or what?
