Can you all recommend your tube site scripts?

Looking for something thats easy to add your own videos and drives affiliates tools really well.

I've found 2 that I really like. One I know you can add your own videos with and that is x10 media script . The other script I like is Smart Tube & Text I don't know if it allows for you to insert your own videos.

i dont like their layouts..not sure if they let you customize your own layouts but all the tevs sites i see so far are not appealing to me
