Smart Thumbs help

Anyone here know ST well and help me out, I'm more use to another script.

I have 360 thumbs that has been autocroped by ST and located in the "Image" group.

I made a template with 3 tables totaling just 120 thumbs, but when I try to build the template by last click this is what I get:

Thumbs group Images rotation log:
Group category: ALL
Marks in template: 120, add new/old: 2
Unique galleries in group: 20 (enabled - without text & deleted & autocropped & used before galleries)
Not enough galleries for full rotation functionality in this group, add more galleries into database!
First part found galleries: 16
Autocasting found galleries: 5
New part found galeries: 2
Last part found galeries: 4
Not enough galleries -> 1st rescue galleries: 20
Rescue autocropped galleries: 19
Not enough galleries -> 2nd rescue galleries: 20
No spots for specific time & position found
No clicks spots found


Why did it say not enough galleries in the group as there is 360 thumbs right now to use? It appears all thumb status is enable. What do I need to do?

Can someone clarify how ST takes a new gallery? For example if I have 360 galleries, how can I tell ST which thumbs to use and when in the order that I want. Also, how can I dictate how long each thumbs stay on for?
