Website owner looking for some help

Hello Guys and Girls,
I'm Walter and I run a website in the UK called UK Girls Downloads. Completely self taught in all things web design and internet and have been running it since 2004.
I now realise that to take this website further I need to enlist the help of someone knowledgeable in the fine art of pushing or pulling, whatever you call it, traffic to my site to achieve fantastic sales so that I can go and buy an Aston Martin ( We can all dream, cant we?!!)
Seriously, if anyone is looking for a job, on a profit share split on sales, let me know.

Thanks for all the replies, it is very much appreciated that you take the time to post sensible replies (unlike the replies on another, to remain nameless, forum).

Right. To business.

bengtarne. I have created galleries, both stills (16 images per gallery) and movie clips (4 x 30 second clips). Freesites. I have no idea what those are and as for SEO I will investigate further as I don't think I have submitted to enough Search Engines, also the submissions I have done were about 3 years ago.

bbm and darkhorserider. I have heard about buying traffic but have always been wary of doing that as I have no idea what is entailed.

DestroDamus. Many thanks for your offer to shoot material, but I am a fully trained photographer and videographer (Military), so is the cameraman that I use, he is also part of the team, so costs in that department are low.

stonehammer. Yupp, first site. Like I said it has been around since 2004 and done OK, but now OK has to be upped so that it does brilliant.

I make no apologies if I am sounding dim here, like I said I am completely self taught and I feel I have done a good job to bring the website to the level it is at now. Sign-ups are increasing each year, but really need to improve.

I will ask this question. What is the average monthly number of sign-ups for a website like mine?
