google adwords question

When you purchase adwords how long does it usually take to show up in the search for the keywords you picked? I just signed up last night (like 11pm, 12 hours ago). It says my campaign is active and for the specific keywords it says my quality score is "Great" but for Ad Showing it says "No" and says:

There are several possible reasons your ad isn't showing for this keyword, including:

You just added the keyword to your campaign. You may experience a short wait as your keyword goes through the review process.
Our system is experiencing a delay.

So since the quality score is Great I figure there is just a delay...does anyone know how long it can take?

maybe because of the weekend? Mine are all still like that and I have not got a reply from support yet.

usually adult ads are manually screened
It can take a few days if you add them during the weekend.

i have seen it go from 1 day to over a week. just make sure there is nothing obviously wrong, cause if so you will wait to get a negative response and then have to wait again after fixing it. its happened to me...good luck!
