What is a good click-thru ratio on text links?

I recently purchased a text link on a site, and im wondering what the "ideal" click through ratio should be on this link.

What do you mean by click through ratio on the link?

Number of visitors to the page / clicks on the link?

Depends on a lot of things.

More importantly, is the link delivering quality traffic to your site? Are those visitors productive on your site? Are they clicking a lot?

yeah depends on a lot of different things, I don't think their is an exact answer. Every site you buy a link on is going to be different.

you have to make sure how they rank in alexa or any other site before you buy the link, form there you will know how popular that site is
