where to submit galleries?

Submitting manually to some random list of few TGPs is not effective nowadays IMHO. I recommend you to check chameleon submitter (there is also list of tgp/mgp sites at their site).

If you search around you should be able to find some decent lists, otherwise get an auto submitter such as dream submitter.

when i try to submit gallery's most tgp's aren't accepting new partnered accounts for some reason.
