Paranoid question about google

In this moment, I am making 10 blogs for beginning. I am wondering is it smart to use one google webmaster accounts and put them there with mine 2 other websites?

Am I paranoid if I am affraid that in one moment, google can decide to rearange something , and first , he will strike people with many sites (blogs) and stop sending them traffic.

Is it better to have separate google webmaster accounts ffor every blog?
