New here... question about threads on GFY

Hi there,

I am new here and feel a bit lost... I'd like to know how I can find replies that people have made to me on various threads without subscribing to the thread or having ALL replies emailed to me.

Just wanna know how to find out if someone has replied to me in case their reply warrants a response. Don't want to make folks feel like I'm ignoring them.

Sadly, GFY's subscription feature is bunky @ best! It will only inform you of replies to threads which you have ""subscribed"", or replied, to, once every 24-hours. The rest are not functioning---you can not receive for each and every response or quote!

It's a ploy to ensure you are here, constantly! Or maybe it has something to do with saving the server from having to work.
