Help: I search for a streaming server

Hey folks, I am hear to seek your help again!

I would like to get into streaming videos and search for possible hosting companies that have a decent price/performance ratio!

I think the following package would make a good start:
-streaming format must be *.wmv (since I get them encoded in that format, flash is no alternative)
-storage: 1TB
-traffic: 1-3TB
-DRM support
-speed: at least 10MBit/s
-not over the top setup costs
-minimum duration: 3months

Any help is appreciated,
