A proposition worth considering?

Hey everyone.

I'm new to the business and looking to set up some relationships with experienced webmasters that are looking to expand their portfolio of paysites. I've worked in mainstream modeling and always kept my contacts and scouting talents handy. I've heard lots of things said about model/webmaster splits not working out that well, but heard great things from one of the members here about it working well too.

I have a growing number of models interested in entering the paysite industry. I've been creating relationships with various models of various ethnicities (indian, chinease, black japanese etc.) for a couple years. Various types of content would be available from softcore right through to niche fetish work. My problem is I have no experience outside of finding talent. Would any one of you be intersted in partnering with serious and dedicated models in a paysite split?

I will do all the background work to ensure they are serious, have model releases signed as well as stockpile a minimum amount of content (tell me the minimums you'd like to see).

Would you consider entering into a relationship of this sort and paying a small percentage of the earnings as a finders fee?

So, you want to be model's agent. Build a page ( at least) with your models, it's not need to be nude, and then go to sell and buy forum and ask for deals.
