Ok so lately there is pretty much always some sponsor running a 2 week or month long $50-$100 PPS promotion. If I join one of these sponsors and use their promo content to quickly create a landing site that let's say is VERY enticing, and then buy $100 worth of targetted niche traffic to it during the promo period, is it not reasonable that I would at least make a sale or two and break even? I mean, if I'm pumping 20k+ of targetted traffic to it and it makes no sales then this whole broker traffic thing has to be a myth right? Someone has to have tried this before..

it depends on the traffic.

but yeah, it's reasonable to assume you would break even. Ideally if you have good traffic you should get your investment and more.

No, it's not that easy. If the traffic was actually quality, targeted traffic it wouldn't be for sale. If it was for sale, it would be prohibitively expensive to purchase.

Do not try it. Brokers sell bad quality. If you have traffic from other sources then try.

Buying skimmed traffic from ALL the traffic broker is a waste of money AND time. Their traffic sucks! That is my experience. And always think: Why should they sell you or any other webmaster traffic which should convert?

If it was as easy as just buying traffic. I've never been happy buying traffic or spots when there's so much free traffic from seo, trades, hard links, etc. You buy traffic to feed trades.

Forget about a quick fix and build your own natural traffic sources that fit your niche.
