All the ones I've found so far look dead, dried up, or so shitly made/designed that they'll never convert.

cheers, I'd already seen them but their actualy sales site looks abismal, and because the program only has one product it doesn't offer any possibility for A-B testing.

At first ratios were like 1:500, then dropped to 1:1000 or worse...
I thought it was because my traffic was not targeted, just a banner at the bottom of CJ site.

I've also heard good things about Roaring Tiger but have yet to try them.

Are you looking specifically for sites that claim 'penis enhancement' or ones that claim 'penis growth' as well ?

TBH Im not sure, as like I said this type of adult promotion is totally new to me (I've done ok with regular paysite signups before) so Im very open to testimonials and advice on wheres the best place to start.
