The only way to pull that off in Wordpress is to know a little bit about CSS and HTML. You'll have to locate where in the code that normal posts begin, and either hand code the gallery just above that area, or use an HTML editor to do the coding for you. In either case it'll be important that you know what you're doing, or else you'll mess things up.
I suggest you read as much as you can about CSS and PHP!

This can be done by hand coding the bottom of the single.php file and telling it to display all posts in the category. Sounds simple enough to me..
