What software do you use to encode video content / dvd content for flash? What flash player are you using?

Anyone using flash player 9 with the H.264 codec? Anyone have any thoughts, opinions, or experience?

If you are going to use MP4 with h264 with the newest flash player, remember to hack the header of those MP4 files, otherwise they will have to buffer completely before playing -_-
