I'm thinking about signing up with them after the recent Dreamhost problems.

By the way, i plan to change host. For now i have a dedicated server in Godaddy and everything goes very well (except the cost). Recently i got a shared account ther. Nightmare!!!!!
I got the shared account to move there one of my sites on dedicated and check the performance and the support. My plan was to leave the dedicated (because of cost) and transfer my sites to shared accounts to save money. But as i wrote before their technical support is an nightmare. I moved the site before 4 days and changed the DNS. Untill now is OFF and none knows why!!!
So.i 'm here asking your experiences (not advertising).

I made up my mind, I am going with Naked Host. They support Drupal as a one click install through fantastico and support group returned my email within 10min which was awesome.

Anyone have a "Promotional Code" I can use?

Go ahead and sign up with Naked Hosting. They offer a really good hosting service and a really good support team is available to help you anytime with pretty quick responsive time either by email or on Icq. I'm hosted with them since last November and until now, I have nothing to complain about. There had been downtimes but never was it because of anything else than server upgrades.

Do you have any experience in setting up gallerysubmitter.com with a nakedhosting account. petitekittens.com is already up and running now I need to set up all my galleries.

im currently using a dedi at jagpc, i also have a vps with them; their support is good (if its an emergence they respond within 5-15 minutes).

They also have at the moment a special deal for VPS's 15% discount + 50% extra resources.

As for shared hosting and about the same as dreamhost, would be servage.net; altho i dont recommend shared hosting since every shared hosting company has their flaws; at servage their mysql sucks really bad. So in general avoid shared host, go for a vps for 15$ instead!

I'm afraid I don't, however I've never had to wait more than a couple of hours to have any questions answered by them. Theie tech people are pretty savvy and hopefully will help you out!
