How does anyone make $$$ using Non-Exclusive content?

This is something I never understood, so I primarily shoot exclusive content but can anyone seriously tell me how can anyone make money using non exclusive content when the same content is sold or licensed to so many other users. Somebody help me understand this.

really, so have you actually made money by purchasing content that has been used by various users? Its something I was considering for quite some time now but been very skeptical about it

Not personally, the circles I know are talent and site owners who produce their own content or shoot content for other sites.

There are plenty of people that buy non-exclusive content packs and do just fine from places like worldwide content and matrix content. Like any sales, it's just a matter of repackaging and delivering to the consumer.

well honestly that much I knew but I was more so just trying to figure out if there is really some good money making in it. I mean you can find content packages for pretty cheap. I too used to shoot custom content for various private video collectors and for various websites and Im looking to finally launch my own chain or websites etc. But was initially considering purchasing some content as fill ins for my content that I will primarily use and shoot exclusively.

Guess you can say I want to use it to help fill my minimum scene requirements. However each scene after the launch will all be exclusive.

I used to run a Content website.

Non-exclusive content should only be purchased to fill a void in your website. Your exclusive content should be what keeps your customers rebilling. In the old days Non-exclusive content had lots of value, as thier wasn't as many tgp sites.

If you are building a website, and it has a particular niche you should be selective to what you purchase which is non-exclusive.

Remember that all you need is the right photo or 30 seconds of video footage to get a guy to get off. You don't need to buy a million images to satisfy your members.

I only shoot exclusive content for my website but as far as non-exclusive content...I can see someone making money with it as long as it is marketed and promoted correctly. If you get it out to enough people, I am sure that it will eventually start making $$$. Like someone else said...it's all about presentation and delivery. I totally agree with that.

Ever heard of marketing? On some spots I make twice as many sales with non-exclusive sites over exclusive. Exclusive means shit, if it isn't made right, most content out there isn't. Its crap.
