its cool. i would however suggest moving the fling banner or any banner at that size away from your header as you want your posts/content to be the first thing shown, they'll catch it when the mouse down to the bottom

Your blog looks good however you should crop your thumbnails, not just chaning their size in html. It will save your bandwitch and make your blogs will load faster.

In my opininion PPC traffic is great to make sales or leads but giving away free porn for people coming from targeted clicks may be not a good idea. If you want to trade your traffic check some adult traffic brokers. If you want to get more exposure on internet than SEO your blogs and buy links to get some good rankings.
