what would you do?

ok - so I'm an experienced webmaster for about 13 years. I created my first adult site some 18 months ago. It's been a VERY slow process, but now I get about 17,000 uniques per day. I run a blog site, and it's not in one niche (which is probably my problem) it's in a bazillion niches. As a result I don't convert very well. I've tried to start building links and super-promoting certain categories to see if that helps.

I don't have any traditional TGP but I do have some galleries within my blog and one page with free movie downloads. I also started a page for reviews. I make about $100-150/mo from black label ads and maybe $200 per month from signups to affiliate programs.

I know I should be making more. I don't spend anything on my site other than time and hosting. I've never purchased traffic, traded traffic, and I've only exchanged maybe 18 links. I have quite a few pages with some good google pagerank.

My question is - to the adult webmasters reading this making good cash per month, like a minimum of $2,000+ or more - what would you do with this site right now to make good money??

Please give me a few scenarios, like what you would do with no money, with a few hundred $$, or if money was not an issue.

It seems the site it is working now, the only thing wrong I see with it is that OP claims to have 17.000 uniques but the site posts has the number of people who has viewed that particular post:

On the first page:

On page number three:

The problem with your site is quite clear, you have 16.500 unique visitors or more not reading your posts, that is why you fail to increase your $300 monthly income.

yea i fully agree with malcarada; or you are buying lots of shitty traffic or something is fucked up with your stats.

If you have a billion niches on your site try making an option above your blog where new visitors can click or choose a niche; then place the correct ads in that niche.
Or have banners rotate thru different niches.

appreciate the comment, but that's not it at all. The page counts are irrelevant, while the counter does accrue visits it doesn't line up to the actual visitors. I know how many visitor's I have because I get the same numbers through google analytics, wordpress stats, and adbrite. In addition, the first few page of posts aren't the bulk of what people enter on anyway, I have 500-600+ pages that are accessed pretty equally each and every day from search engines.

My view on the conversion problem is that it's because of my "shotgun" approach to niches.

I don't buy traffic, everything I do is completely organic and free. My stats are accurate, and verified through through different third party sources.

Your advice on the niches is good - right now all the niches are text links in the side bar. I don't really rotate banner ads at all.
