first EVER gallery, any comments please

Just created my first gallery for a large webcam community, i am trying to get across the point that there are real people doing real things on cam for free (which is actually true). Any comments you have would be greatly appriciated. maybe replace some of the text with graphical text, make it a little more flashy, kind of looks like someone would do at home with frontpage just my 2 cents!

instead of the actual domain?
I usually don't even bother to go to
IP addresses.

I have been promoting anyweb ever since they started the affiliate program. I had to stop because the damn servers were down more than they were up. Conversions were pretty bad compaired to other sites I was pushing too so I quit. I see they have most of the server problems fixed. It is a cool site. Post here if your conversions are at all good and I will put them back in rotation. They are good people to work with and I got paid no problems.
