hi all,
yes, i'm a newbie and have been doing things manually with photoshop. i've been taking a bunch of images and using photoshop to create thumbnails and the index page. this works well except that i can't (or can i?) customize the html page that photoshop places the full size image on.
so i'm asking for help. does anyone know of a program that allows me to create thumbnails from a folder of full-sized images, generate an index page(s) of thumbnails and at the same time generate html pages with the full size image that is customizable so i can make it look like the rest of my website?
basically i would like to keep everything (index of thumbnails and subsequent full size images) within a large table on my webpage. this way, a visitor can get to the thumbnails, click on a thumbnail, go directly to the full size image, have next or previous clickable links or main gallery clickable link and surf the photo set all within a table on my page with the rest of the webpage remaining static.
i would like to hear your suggestions on this. maybe i don't need different software but need to use frames or something. in any case, thanks for helping a newbie out.
