Paysites without affiliate programs

Are there paysite owners here that do not have affiliate programs? I know of a couple, but want to know if there are more.

If you're one of them, why don't you have one?

I run a paysite and set up the CCBill affiliate program, but so far I'm only giving it to the review site owners.

I've heard some say it's a headache to deal with affiliates, but using the CCBill system, it seems the only thing to worry about it making banners and content available to webmasters.

Any thoughts?

It's very inportant to learn how to generate your own traffic before taking on affiliates, just my

Thanks for your opinion. I think you're right. Having to rely solely on affiliates sounds risky.
