any specific place to get models for a cam site?

If your going to broadcast locally say from out of your house, best way to do it is to place an add in you local news papers hiring full nude cam models for say $10 bucks an hour. Watch the calls come flooding in. Then rent a nice hotel room for 2 days and setup interviews and screen the girls. Wait till you have about 50 girls before you rent your hotel room. Make sure they will all come on that scheduled day. Make sure you find out if they are 18 or older before you tell them that they are to be full nude on web cam. In most cases you will need to have them fill out a 3rd party contract from the providing company that will send out your cams over the net. (i.e streamray) is a good company. Doing this is real simple, but if the girls are not willing to wait for their paycheck then you will see them quit on you. You must also figure out a training process so that the girls are clued in as to how things need to be done. You will be surprised on how many young girls out there need a $10 an hour job. All the while you bring in thousands per week. lol God bless the USA.

It's a tricky business.. not worth the time and money if your not already established with tuns of traffic.

Man sortout your setup costs to do this first
Cameras computers broadband etc

Then Put a trial add out and see who bites before you start spending hard cash
