I run a network of blogs and continually see the same person registering on all of them. I assume these are webmasters who are looking to steal my feeds. Any way to ban specific usernames and email addresses on all sites? Like during the setup of each? Or will I have to just ban them individually once they register on each site?

Another thing you can do is ban this persons IP address from accessing your site using htaccess
