    Google Cachedate question

if you check for cache:analmercy.com on google and choose to see text only, you will see black on black words on the text areas I had there.
Is google still reading my text? or i should change the colors on my site?

Google reads all words on your site. It doesn't see colors or images or things like that. It only sees text. It's a computer and doesn't really "see" anything - it just reads it and it reads everything on your page. So yes, it can read all the text on your page.

Sorry one more thing, for search engine optimizations purposes, it's never a good idea to have more outgoing links on your page than you do content. It doesn't help you one bit. In fact, it can actually hurt your listings with search engines in some cases so you might want to keep an eye on that.

actually i think goog can see if you have black-on-black or white-on-white etc. i don't have any direct google reference, but i have a couple of seo tools that warn about this, as it's an old blackhat seo trick.

you're right though, google bypasses your css... but not your html. i'd use the stylesheet to set the table background colors too just to be safe

It is a good idea also to use content relevant keywords on your pages, for example if your site is a boob site, you want your main page to use keyword phrases that google would use for that niche. Use the google keyword tool in adwords to bring up keyword phrases for boobs or tits (whatever). The Se's will then rank you better. Also use those same keywords in your meta description and meta keywords as well.

Also another tip is to disable the bot crawl for pages of your site that don't need to be indexed such as (join pages, link exchange pages or membership pages (use the nofollow-noindex), contact mail form pages), you only want the SE's to index your main page and your gallery or content pages. This will also improve your ranking and SE viability.
