Wordpress Help Needed!!!

Just installed a new version of wordpress mu. for some reason, no matter what template i am using for my interior blogs, no matter what i do the links will all open in same window. i have tried setting my links to open in new window with every template i imported, and they never work

i can not find where in the blog admin to change this.

any thoughts?

You need to go to wordpress.org and download the Link Indication plugin. It is the only thing I can find to do this in wordpress, just go to it's options after you install it and scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for a couple text boxes to check.
