Well ive been keeping an eye on you peeps on here for a few months now and have found some great info! Thanks All..

The thing is, i was given a "basic" paysite from my brother, ( he ended up going down the mainstream route a year ago) But as i knew nothing about the adult web industry, i thought the best way to learn was to start with a new site, learn the ropes and then at some point try to sort the paysite out too!

Ok so after reading up on here i decided to go down the affiliate type site route, as i thought this would be the best way to start out!
So i have just launched the site:

It Would be really good if you experinced and helpful webmasters could let me know what you think, and how i can improve the site..

Im now learning about getting traffic and links to the site, and any info on this would be great! but i will put a post in the "correct" section for links ect..

If anyone wants a look, but to be honest im not to sure what to do with this site? I think it needs a total overhaul, but not to sure where to start?
It gets around 100 clicks a day, mainly from natural searches but has only had 15 members join in 11 months, and only 5 are still live..

Anyway for now im more focused on the cam site as its MY first..

Not sure where to start? Start with the main page as its the first thing all your potential customers see. You need a background, something flashy to catch the eyes. If you want people to pay money to get into your site, you gotta show em that your putting some effort into the site. After that, move onto the members area.

I'am pretty new to this game, but not to business in general. I think you should review the price 2.99 for 20 days is cheap, whats more you get acess to 27 other sites, and if that is not good enough you pay back the guy if he or she is not satisfied. Selling anything to cheep shows lack of confidence in the product. People are in general are dubious about "to good to be true".

i would start by increasing the size of your ENTER link on your front page... was kinda hard to find

sexcams site... looks ok, but i would try to include some more text on that main page. you have a decent look on that page, but no text to really entice the search engines to pump you too much traffic. maybe include the first sentence from your review page in there for each site with a "read more" link or something

Anyway cheers for the replys, and thanks mimipana and campimp for the useful info..

I had my first sale yesterday!! well chuffed, now just need thousands more...

I am planning on putting some text on the homepage, but a few lines then a read more is a good idea.. and going to put some more free content into the vid/pic galleries to try and keep users coming back.

I also thought the pricing on pornbandits was too cheap.. does put you off..
well i will get that changed asap, then send some traffic and see what happens..

Im focusing on getting 1 way back links at the mo,
Do you think its best to just do this, or should i be looking into link trading aswell?
