How to launch webcam site

I was about to launch webcam site but didn't find needed software and girls so far. What is common way to launch the site like this? Open an offline office and hire the girls? Or is there any easier way how to grab the girls and make them work for you? Do big guys like AFF or imlive have their own 1000 m2 offline offices or their girls working at home separately?

There are many different business models for sure, but how to make it work easier and without huge investments?

It really is more profitable for webmasters to have their sites and traffic used to rack in the cash then actually get into the business of it all. As an affiliate, you just sign up to the established Cam sites for free (most of the time if not all the time) and let the traffic give you all the payout! That's as far as I can go since I'm representing Pornication and I know the investment needed for this is pretty huge!

I may add that this webcam market it's kinda saturated, i don't want to discourage but having your own cam site it's a very big thing.
The girls ushualy with new cam sites ask to be payed per hour / online and this it happenes cause there have been many new cam sites and had no traffic and the girls left the site cause it was no proffit.
So u need to pay the girls, you will have to pay a lots for your traffic, lots of promotion .. and then .. the site maintanance 24/7 if it's you would be cool but if it's not your partner u need also to pay .
You get all this things up and I donno if it's gonna be so much proffitable thinking of all the hot girls the surfers might find on LiveJasmin or ImLive or any of the big cam sites ...
Think twice before getting started into this, i advice you to start with frames from other cam sites and see how it works if you see that in time u might have your own girls with the traffic you bring to your site .. you're on the good way
