Console Newbie Question

When i signup with any Adult Sponsor i go to get my links codes or galleries codes and sometimes i see the Console and Console Free Whats Console means ? Thanks my friends

I don't use consoles, only because *I* don't like them. So I figure my surfers won't either.
Then again they seem to work, so try them out if you want.
