Just want to get the word out that this company is crap. Don't bother singing up with them. Their site offers a 99.9% up time guarantee and my sites for the past month have been down almost weekly 4-5 hours at a time. Many various excuses from them saying their HD's are gone and their server's are down to be upgraded etc. and the story goes on and on!. If your with this company dump them!. I am looking for a good host for shared hosting w/cpanel, so if anyone out there can recomend me I would appreciate it.

best thing is to google it first and you ll find review or forums where they tell you the bad ones.

I'm a former Cirtexer myself. Last month after 3 months of hard work they lost my sites! Yeah...that's right...LOST MY SITES!

Yup I know that story cause I was one myself, they didn't lose my sites but they didn't back anything up and I lost a data base which I forgot to back up, a nice lesson to learn, I was on the lucky server and there were a lot of people that had major downtime cause someone couldn't get their act together. I can't understand why you would place a false guarantee on your site claiming you have 99.9% uptime when 30 people complain daily about downtime. Last night my sites were down 30 minutes again and they could only email me an excuse that stated "sorry we had a problem" and the only thing I heard in my head was "Houston we have a problem". They make so many excuses up for their downtime, they must have their servers in their backyard or something. It must be nice to be able to blame data centers like they do all the time. I almost canceled my account last week, I'm giving them 1 more chance then I am gone.
