    New Site --Feedback & Ideas

OK, I put up my new site four days ago. So far I'm getting about 900 unique visits a day. Already made $$ --but, of course, it isn't enough! I need more traffic and conversions if this project is to pan out. Anyone have feedback for me on the site? Ideas on pushing traffic that doesn't involve screwing up my clean layout? I'd never use ads or pop-ups of any kind. I'd only put a banner on my links page --I'd like to be different and unobtrusive to the customer.

    Any feedback much appreciated!

Thanks for the comments. A more concentrated tour, yes, that likely would be smart. I was thinking that the update page was very similar in this regard. Selecting any of the thumbnails there does load a larger image. But yes, I may just do a page dedicated to this.

The webmaster program....perhaps I'm missing something. The idea is to push people to my site via other web sites, i.e. banner exchange. So far I haven't had any trouble getting other web sites to exchange banners with me. Given that is the case why would I want to split a membership fee? Seems like I'd be losing money. Like I said, no one has refused to link back to me --yet. Of course, I pay the same favor and link to them. Am I missing something here? I mean, after all, am I not achieving the same thing minus splitting the fee?

would you rather have 100% of your efforts or 50% of 100 people's efforts?
