Revshare or PPS?

Which is better, I know revshare would pay off long run, but what % of people would stay signed up?

Also while I am here, should I do hosted galleries or hosted movies. I have it in my head galleries would be best.

PPS, revshare only if members area content is great and updated often, or if PPS is around the same with what you get for revshare for 1 month ...

Thanks for fast reply, I have just spent an hour making some revshare samples for my blog, 65% share so even at one month its no big loss.

2 months is clear profit, good times.

Revshare is great with ArchiveCash and GayGravy because we have awesome retention, and PPS to because we have nice $1 trials!

Rev share, without a doubt. Let me show you why. Let's say they pay you a flat $35 per sale on PPS or 50% with a rev share program and their monthly membership is $29.95 so that means you make about $15 per sign up. If you send 10 guys over today you make

10 * $35 = $350 with PPS
10 * $15 = $150 with rev share

Looks bad but that is only your first month. They say with a decent site 1 in 4 people will stay a member anywhere from 6 months to 1 year (depending on how great the site really is).

The the next month you get another 10 sign ups you still make the same as the previous month but you have the renewals of 2 * $15 = $30 from the previous month sign ups.

Not going to go through all the math but you should. Figure out what you will make in 1 year and then you will know exactly what you should be doing.

It highly depends the site you are promoting ; some networks do better PPS and other do better revshare.

It really depends on the site. But if the content on the site is good and updates are often, revshare is the best option here IMO

I think its good to mix it up, if your sponsor allows for it. With sponsors that offer free or cheap trials Id go with PPS, as you may only get the % of 2-5 $. If a site has content that keeps the member coming back like a webcam schedule or things of that nature..rev share is also good. Otherwise Id use ..PPS..Like I said if you can mix it up. use PPS on certain traffic for a site that is better for rev share..but because of the traffic it generates I use the PPS for that sect of surfers.
