CGI Hosting Needed

I have guestbook and bulletin board scripts which need hosting. I couldn't get them to work properly on my free host so I searched for another free host which offered cgi-bin and supports Perl. I found Porn-Hosters.com and my scripts worked like a charm, until the other day. I subsequently found out they have closed down, which is a major breakdown for my adult website business. I recently submitted my site to DMOZ and was about to do a 72 hour guaranteed submission to the major search engines.
Just when first impressions are the make it, or break it of an online business.

I am operating on a very meager budget. I don't have a revenue stream yet so expensive hosting is not justifiable. I need basic hosting, including:

I am willing to pay between $5-$10/month for this service.

If you are on a meager budget, then they may suit your needs because they are Free (so to speak, they take a minor cut of your sales - like $5 off of a $35 sale, etc.).
