Newbie help please

Hey guys, fairly new to the adult industry and PPC programs.

For those of you with more experience I'm hoping you can offer me some insight and suggestions to make things go smoother.

My first question is does anyone know who the best PPC companies around are? This is why I'm asking. I'm currently using etology.com but I can't say I'm happy with them. The really annoying thing is the ad exposure is unpredictable. Their ads only run half a day on my site before they take them off. Other times they'll be running for days on end. I'm looking at changing but who pays the best rates?

Secondly I've just finished developing my website www.dixir.com. I purchased the domain from a friend so on my end it has been live for about 2 months now. Would some of you mind taking a look at it and giving me some feedback or suggestions for improvements?

Lastly I'm trying to offset my hosting costs. I get a good amount of traffic everyday and the users suck up my bandwidth pretty quick so it gets expensive every month even more so now since it's starting to get more and more traffic. I'm wondering weather or not I should start offering plugs as well as private advertising? Ideally private advertisers have been working best for me so far. Does anyone else have luck with plugs?

2. Do some SEO. Like previous poster said - your URL's aren't good for seo. and your homepage doesn't even have a description. You've got 55 pages indexed in google, but only 2 are going to come up in results. Look at the description for your homepage - it sux:
"Newest. Top Rated. Chanels. Thursday - 07/02/2008. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 Next » · Fucking one fine teen ..."
3. for hosting I use servage dot com - you get 5 Terabyte per month and I've never run out (that's 5,000 gigabyte)

Thanks for the advice and warm welcome guys. I'm aware of the seo issue on the site, it's being worked on. I'll give some of those PPC ad programs a shot. Who pays the best per click?
