I have the bulk of the actual design and layout finished in the form of a flash base site....I already have the server to host and purchased my domain.
I am looking for a qualified designer who could take this to the point where it can go live...

Design. (currently half way there)
Setting up the site to automatically format uploaded content.
Credit card transactions.
