But I am new to this I have been running these sites for about 2 to 3 years and I believe I am ready to open my doors to affiliates, many people have told me to set up my affilate program but I wasn't ready then I AM READY NOW. The standard communication method in the adult industry seems to be ICQ, the best thing you could do is install it and people will talk to you, and some may even have friends or business associates you should also talk to, and they will use ICQ as well.

Guys thanks, still working onthat ICQ thingy, but good news I just launched my affiliate site, still doing some light tweaks here and there but IT"S UP, finally. Did it all by my lonesome self, from the time I posted this to post till yesterday, lol. haha. Actually that joke came from a story one of my father's friends used to tell. There used to be some party in NYC catering to guys who were into bbw's. My father's friend was a skinny italian guy, but i guess either he did it for fun or figured the bbw's were easy targets. Anyway, he went to this party, and there was like a 50.00 cover charge. This was like 20 years ago at least. So he balks and looks at the promoter and gives him shit about the 50 cover. The promoter walks over, looks over his shoulders to make sure he is out of earshot, and then looks at the guy and shrugs his shoulders and says "look, I gotta pay for the food to get these bitches here, you know what that costs me? And since i came in here and mucked up your thread a bit, i might as well give some serious advice for whatever its worth.
1 you might want to prominently display your program options and payouts, seems like most programs make it stand out pretty well with what they offer like revshare and/or pps and the amounts they pay for each, that info doesn't jump out, and in my quick skimming i didn't see that info at all. It may be there but if it is it is buried too much.
2 i see you have hosted galleries coming soon, so it looks right now like the only tools to promote you are offering is banners. I would suggest at least making some promo stills and offering them as zips, maybe a few promos for every model or every shoot, and separating each group into its own zip, this way they can at least have something to work with. Right now what are they really supposed to do with just banners?
3 style asthetics, the black background with gray copy is a little dark, you may want to try some different color combos or just go with white text.Comment
