Google Ranking Insight, Could anyone give their opinion and insight on, How men4rentnow=com has held the number one position in google when searching the key word "gay escorts" for 3 years now. While others rotated positions on the first page of this query, this site has not budged period. Their tags, links to, and density does not add up. Could google be bought off?

There are many factors that go into the ranking process from domain age, the content in the website such as the meta tags, title of the pages, image alt tags, external and internal links, etc. But what some people don't realize is that from time to time there is a little human intervention as well.
And it may very well be this site is one of those cases where a google quality control rep considered it quality and highly relevant for the related keywords and gave it a small nudge.

How to get a sponsored link on any search engine is no mystery, he's obviously referring to the organic results.
#1 reason is link popularity I can just about guarantee it.. Google registers 239 inbound links:
http://www.google.com/search?q=link%...ient=firefox-a
And Yahoo 8,800 inbound links:
http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com...&fr2=seo-rd-se
Doesn't hurt that the site has been around since 2002 (six years) and building inbound links, search engine ranking, pagerank, and content in that time.

I am speaking of Organic Results. I have taken into fact of the Domain age, meta tags, titles of pages, alt tags, internal links...and there are many other sites that are higher in quality the men4rentnow I had No idea that there was Any human intervention! Quite disturbed now. I understand all but what I do NOT understand is how they never budge from their position, not once..not 1 day.Comment
