VERY new to this -help needed

G'day all,
this is my first post, as im VERY new to this. Im starting an amature site, and i was wondering what the legalities were regarding the 2257 record keeping requirements. because i want to start an amature site, and people will be posting pictures of themselves on my site, how do i legally post them, when they dont sign anything?? would a system, such as a disclaimer and the model writing the name of my site on a part of her body be ok, because thats what alot of sites are doing now, ive noticed.

OK well if you are running a post your own pic site it wont really be legal under 2257 and you will have trouble finding hosting and processing for your site.
I would suggest reading all you can before you start such a project.
We closed our pic post sit for just this reason several years ago.
