Question about Traffic

What's the most effective route a webmaster should take to promote a Video TGP site? I'm a complete virgin when it comes to this stuff. I'm willing to trade, buy traffic, whatever it takes. The only things i'd like to stay away from are popups and popunders. My site's link is in my sig.

I ran a test by purchasing 10000 unique visits from a traffic broker. I would say 100 - 150 of those visits have come back after the initial visit. Is this a good ratio?

nt sure but i know buying traffic from a broker always sucks. It just depends on how much you want to put into it.

I too find Traffic Holder to be a much better choice. I like the fact that you don't need to purchase a full thousand. You can put in .1 for 100 clicks or .125 for 125. This makes it easier to use up all of your money. I have also found their traffic converts better.
