Im new to the adult industry and was wondering what's the best ad companies to run on a video site? Traffic to site is about 3-5k daily and its not properly monetized. Any recommendations?

You need to be more specific about the type of traffic you have. You say your site has videos but videos of what? Could be anything from fat girls to midget wrestling.
