I need a review script

I am currently looking for an adult sites review script. I am looking for a good one that would satisfy my needs aspecially

- SEO friendly urls
- easy to understand backend (first reviews will be done by myself, but eventually I will have someone to write them)

couple of other things would be nice, but not neccessary such as user reviews, rss integration or unencrypted code (for custoom mods, lease license is fine)

This project has some budget to spend ;)
