Pre-Made CSS Layout Templates (to design with) ?

I'm looking for basic css layout templates for designs.

For example stuff like
- site page layouts
- registration process
- join pages

Do any of you coders out there know of good sites to find free css templates?

I want to be able to get my sites already built in a way where i can just create a new site and just worry about skinning the graphics around a pre-made design.

YOu could maybe even try editing wordpress templates without using wordpress.
