Problems with Ccbill... advice?

Ok I just contacted them seeing as I do not have "Visa" access and they are trying to squeeze 750 bucks out of me in order to get setup through Visa. Last night I was told 150 but either way this is not good. Does anyone have any advice on a remedy besides setting myself on fire? What processors would you recommend please and thank you?

yeah i know it sucks but this is a actual fee that VISA is requiring it is about $600.00 and they throw in a little extra to fatten their pockets. It is an additional 200 per year after that.

to warn you watch out because if you are a sponsored merchant and your processor is not requiring you to pay this fee then they might not be registering you and might get shut down.
