Site looks pretty good, why not look into how to promote a site like this before doing it??

    Makes sense to me...

Be careful with the URL. If the Hardrock Casino and Hotel finds out about it you may lose it. That name can be considered a trademark violation. You dont want to spend big $ money on it and have to give it up, no less pay damages for anti-cybersquatting, trademark infringement and palming off.

Check out some of the decisions from WIPO and ICANN for further research.

Is it possible to change the name on the URL but not change the actual site name... still keep the hardrock on the site page it's self?

Thats a more complicated question and really cant be answered on a forum. To be honest after taking a quick look at your site I can tell you that you have more legal issues than just the Hardrock name. Your 2257 compliance notice is incorrect and you really need terms and conditions not to mention a DMCA notice.

As a general rule, before a site launches, it really needs to be looked at and cleared by an attorney.

I've compared my 2257 to a few other sites.... I dont really see what may be missing or stated wrong. Help me out here.

Your name. A custodian of records needs to be named.

Seriously, get a lawyer. Dont compare your site to others and think you are okay. And dont copy other's DMCAs or Terms and Conditions. For the most part, almost every site is not in compliance with the Adam Walsh Act.

Get a lawyer than knows the adult biz. Most lawyers have never heard of 2257 unless they are in the biz.

Clients I have were told by their previous lawyers that they could learn 2257 but they would charge them for the time to come up to speed on it.

Im not saying me, but spend the $5k and retain someone that can keep you out of trouble not only on a criminal basis but also on an IP basis.
