There are thousand of pages like ratemy(fill in).com.
I'm looking for a free script (cms) that is easy configurable. Do you guys a have any recommendations ?

Ive heard joomla is a great cms for (ratemy) type sites.
Ive been wanting to try it out aswell but havent got the time.. give it a peak ya never know
