search script search

i looking for a search/indexing script that can return search results to a web page. simple i hear you cry!

i only want the search to return results from a formated .txt file and display the results in a similar style to google, yahoo etc.

any one out there know of a script like this?

indexing or directory cms is ok as long as it can bulk import formated links but would prefer just a simple search script.
