So where or how would i go about getting models/content?

Im not looking to buy anything just yet, but curious...

Okay, say i want very specific niche content like big butt lesbian videos or asian shemale spanking videos... where would i even begin to get the models/videos?
I see sites like bangbros and sapphic erotica filming regular models and so on.. but where did they even get them? Not particularly those sites just saying.. if i wanted to bust out the cam and have a few ladies walk in my backyard and start doin it, where do i even find the models? or are all these models just from 3rd party suppliers and not thier "own" content?

Im assuming theirs some agency were up 'n cummers go and basically get called out for a "job" or something, and then from their maybe the boss guy/girl makes a proposition and that model which then becomes a regular on the site... im just very interested in how the magic is done ya know? I always wanted to direct my own movies and hopefully bring something unique (i know its probably been said millions of times but hell, everyone has a dream)

There are some agencies out there running where you could book models for shooting pics and vids. One of them I happen to know is LA Direct Models. They've got the best pornstars out there among others.

Ya LA Direct Models has some really nice girls. However if aren't a pro photog try maybe someone like Matrix Content. I think it was MatrixConent.com?

They have very high quality looking images and they can even do custom photo shoots for you, so it's the best of both worlds.

If you wanted to go the custom video route, there was a guy on the boards the other day talking about it. He does very high quality work but everything is done out of Budapest so don't expect much dialog (as I'm sure most of the actors/actresses don't speak English) but long story short, he does custom video shoots and by the looks of it, it was all really high quality looking. There are actually numerous agents in LA that can book talent.

I represent www.goldstarmodeling.com. Joel Lawrence owns GoldStar and they have some really new fresh faces.

As for booking local talent be careful, this could potential be considered pandering by your local authorities.
