blog plugging posting etc

i have seen people offering to sell "posts" or "plugs" to people with blog sites. can someone break down for me what a buyer would require from a seller? i mean i can write a decent description and link to a gallery as well as the next guy. is there more involved? if so, what? thank you. im just continuing my education.

well the seller has the site with page rank and/or traffic. Pluging your website within the text of a post is suppose to get you higher pr kudos from the site then if they just put your link in the side bar.

Don't use Google PR to determine who you are going to deal with... way too many people have the wrong idea regarding PR also when Megafoo talks about people's traffic... well there is tuns of people out there who claim to have tuns of traffic as to get a plug, however much of it is CJ... very low quality traffic...

Think out your market a bit further fishbone... do yourself that favor.
