Or also revenue and pay per signup?

Anyway ill list some for you:

AAW : CPM
your ads needs to be above the fold, but they pay out pretty good.
There Square ad pays best (they pay out by check or epassporte)

AVN ads:CPM
they only pay by check (other methods will be introduces 1 december), they paid reasonable.

Etology:
they load fast but seems to pay not to much in compairision with the others above.


revenue or pay per sign up ads:

AWE : my overal ratio is about 1:300 uniques clicks
use there revenu pogram to maximase your earnings
They also give FREE epassporte card and free payoneer cards
The first 100$ you earn you receive and additional 100$
