Getting more traffic.

Ok, i will resume the situation...
I run www.africanvagina.com and for the last three months I have been getting about 10k a day... uniques. Now I need to grow bigger but seem to have hit a wall and traffic is not coming as easy.

With my site redesign most of my trades give me around 250 to 350% prod...
I send trades out using a 25% to 35% force on galleries to make things clean. Down from 65%... This has not reduced traffic, just made it more productive. I dont really want to bring it back up again, cuz i feel i am getting more bookmarkers...

Anyways, I either need to know if any of you can give me some advice... If its normal to be stuck like this...

Do I need a bigger site to generously pump me some traffic, or should I worry about having one site send too much...?
Do any of you know any good trades that will work well with my ebony niche...?

having more than one site/niche is not a bad idea. However, your traffic is probably getting exhausted. If you get traffic from the same sources - a lot of the surfers are probably the same people.

Perhaps changing the appearence of your site, change the preview, add a site to send them to - OR buy traffic from other places than normally.

Just make sure that you make money off of ALL your traffic - also the traffic you don't personally convert into signups.
